Principal UX Researcher
Rebecca has been working in UX since 2000. She is passionate about the need for providing exceptional digital experiences and has since expanded her focus to encompass customer experience. She believes that there is no such thing as a user error, only badly designed interfaces. Rebecca has conducted over 500 UX studies in globally dispersed projects for a large variety of industries and has a wealth of experience to draw on.
Inge De Bleecker
Conversational AI Strategist
Inge has been working in conversational AI and UX research since the early days of voice interfaces. She is passionate about designing experiences that work for real humans and yield measurable business results. Inge specializes in UX research, conversation design strategy, and evaluation frameworks. She believes most conversational AI products fail not because the technology doesn’t work, but because the design and strategy were not done right from the start.
